So they are merging with ION Acquisition Corp, does that mean if you buy ION Acquisition Corp now you will have Taboola shares when the merger has finished?

So ION Acquisition Corp trading under IACA will after the merger be TBLA and keep its value?

Interesting, just a few months ago they canceled the merge with Outbrain and now this merge happens, maybe it was related in some way.

Bought a few hundred shares as the price still is very low. It seems a lot of investors don't really understand what Taboola is and how big they are, hence the low price. For us affiliates who know how big Taboola really is it is a great time to get in early.

This definitely looks like a good buy, native advertising is showing no signs of slowing down so I would expect their income reports to reflect this.

I can't figure out how the story goes from
- in September 2020 : Taboola + Outbrain combined are worth 2 billions USD
