Hiring for THE offer of 2021 - cloaking experts, media buyers, angle/copywriters (3)

Ok so maybe 'THE OFFER of 2021" is a bit of a ballsy claim, but it might be close.

We're an advertiser with an offer that converts like wildfire. We're looking to build an internal affiliate growth team as well as onboard experienced media buyers/teams to scale our offer whilst it stays hot.

Some quick facts about us:

• We're a straight sale ecom business with all the infrastructure to run and deliver globally with only a few restricted geos.
• Right now we're experiencing a surge in demand off the back of COVID that has not slowed down and won't for some time.
• We've just opened up supply chain to allow for 67.5m units per month.
• Our revenue is in the 8 figure range.
• $150m processing cap.
• There's a pretty solid moat in place to protect this niche. There are elements of it that remain important to its success which are not easily or legally viable to replicate. It took a lot to get this over the line.
• Our offer is applicable to virtually anyone 18+ . With the right marketing front end you'd probably get this working on push, redirects, progra as well. Thats saying something for straight sale ecom.
• Our product is not masks or a vaccine

We're looking to hire:

Cloaking expert & a technical lead

Help the team get campaigns off the ground, run internal R&D on methods to keep them alive, stay on the edge of whats working. You'll mostly be working on FB & Google. Some other nicher networks may be rolled in also.

This may form two roles but ideally you have solid technical/setup chops and are comfortable spinning up and harding servers, establishing our tracking and partner tech, have a strong grasp of the tech available in and that supports the space. You'll support media buyers and sometimes core biz operations with various other technical requirements. But you're not the IT guy don't worry.

Angle designer / DR copywriter

Run research on our space, develop run and maintain an angles experiments roadmap. Work with the wider team to control and own testing. Create long and short form copy for landers, email, ad creative. Whilst the machine can't function without all our components in a lot of ways you are the centre of it. You'll get tons of support from the founders. You'll work in tandem with media buyers and a designer.

Whats really important here is your ability to get a strong grasp on what our product truly is and work out how to navigate it to traction in both obvious and more creative ways. Relevancy is key here as well given there's a lot of new news constantly about our product.

Landing page / funnel designer

Our design requirements are essentially split into 2;

• WH ultra clean and professional design (this role is filled)
• BH landing page and ad creative designer. Not much is off limits. Massive bonus points if you have Webflow experience.

Ideally you have a ton of experience designing landers/squeeze pages for a number of niches and have a strong grasp on conversion driven design. You've worked on BH landers before. Landers that actually convert.

Side note: willing to pay for good referrals both here and all roles.

Media buyers - Facebook & Google

We'll provide accounts (our cloaking expert will support here), cards and capital to scale. You'll bring your immense knowledge of seeding to scale across these platforms. If you're interested in this role please reach out on this as its better suited to a chat.

Side note: whilst we wish all young sky walkers the best of success, this role is for grown ups (experienced people). We're looking to scale, not train or provide a platform to cut ones teeth. At this stage. We're sorry.

What we're offering:

• Contract retainers paid monthly
• Revenue share based on goal performance (it all wraps up into one - coin!)
• Fully remote, however we'll structure this team so that everyone can cross over from at least 3 hours per day. Comms and tools we'll keep us all in synch.
• Other perks TBD.

• Serious media buying teams who can run at scale and have existing infrastructure. Test budgets available for the right people/teams.
• Networks with access to high quality pubs/affiliates and are comfortable running this as invite only to HQ pubs only.
