Problem is I am looking for WEBMASTERS traffic and no idea where to get it. I wish my promo skills are on pair with my coding skills

For email, you can pay to blast mailings to webmaster lists. You can also build your own list in the process, i.e. blast to other people's lists to get people to sign up for your free trials.
You can also run FB and/or google ads to sell your free trials.
And on FB, you can seek out FB groups and pages that are relevant to webmasters and pay them to post. Some groups may even allow you to post for free on certain days.
Or, go to the warrior forum and sell your services as WSOs. You can also get free advertising there by putting your links in your signature and posting actively to get eyeballs.
Basically, figure out where webmasters hang out and how to target them where they are.

When we promote ecommerce products, we seek out influencers that have our target audience, and we take sponsor stories, or posts on their IG feed or Youtube channel from $1000-$10,000.
So if you had webmaster products, you should make a list of which 'influencers' have the audience that you seek, and buy sponsored posts from them, or ask them to write a case study, or how to guide using your product.
After you've invested money into that promotion, let's call it Part #1 of the promotion.
You then leverage the authority or the clout received, and run paid ads promoting their review/tutorial/guide to your ideal audience. Lets say if its affiliate marketers, on Facebook you'd run promotion to interest keywords: affiliate marketing + pay per click + digital marketing
-or- if you happen to work with a really nice influencer in the space, who isn't a dick then you can ask them if they can help share a lookalike audience based on their email subscribers that are highly active (as they would be the ideal user base to generate a lookalike audience from)
hope that helps!!
