Pre-requisites for a a new fanpage

Hello there,

I'm new to affiliate marketing and I want to start making money online. I want to run FB ads to promote CPA offers. Do I need to buy a virtual address and phone number to every fanpage that I start to make it look legitimate so I don't get banned by FB when running WH offers?

Or I only need to drive new likes and engagement for the first few days before start launching conversion ads?

With FB these days, don't think "how can I do the bare minimum to get by".

Think more like "even if I do EVERYTHING to look legit and genuine, there are still no guarantees I won't lose my account".

So - basically - do your best and prepare for the worst.

I gave some tips in this post:

Does it matter if my website is a fully functional one with traffic and engagement or FB bots only check the landing page?

I didn't find any definitive answer to this, but since their BOTs are getting advanced all the time, they might take this into consideration. Then again, there are many advertisers spending millions on their platform, who drive traffic to dedicated landing pages or simple lead capture funnels, so it's not like you can't run with just a LP. On the other hand, thousands of affiliates/marketers are investing $$$ into creating safe-sites that look and work as real websites, so they likely know why they are doing this.

I'd repeat what Amy said above:

It definitely won't hurt if you prepare a real website that's legit.

By "website" you mean the site that's specified on your FB page? And by "landing page" you mean the page you're sending ad clickers to, and it's not a part of that website?

It really depends on whether you're running a legit business and planning on using the same FB page and ad account for as long as possible, or if you're doing the "churn and burn" model.

Again - it would be difficult to get a yes or no answer, because there are so many factors FB could be using to assess how legit/risky an FB page or ad account is, that it would be near impossible to find out whether something is or isn't taken into consideration, and if so how much weight it has. And the fact that FB never really tells you exactly why they ban an account doesn't help.

And aside from the bot, you need to be prepared for human reviewers to assess everything, which will likely happen sooner or later. So - you'll need to decide how you want to present your business so it would look legit to the reviewer.

I've been wanting to ask: What kind of business model are you thinking of? Affiliate offers? Ecom? Something else? If you're planning on running crypto or nutra for example then it won't be worth your time to look super legit because you'll never pass a manual inspection (which there probably wouldn't BE one because bots would catch you first). There are experts that create "safe sites" for that purpose.

On the other hand if you're planning on actually starting a super legit business, then I'd suggest "going all out" on making everything look as impressive as possible, by crossing all your t's and dotting all your i's.
