In the past few months, I've spent 6 figures on Native promoting E-COM products. Now the angle is fatigue, need new offers.

Did you try working with some of the ecomm affiliate networks such as GiddyUp, DfoGlobal or something like Udroppy?

I've definitely seen gadget offers at Jumbleberry and Affiliaxe, and uDroppy. For the other networks you can approach and ask. Quite a few of these networks have intro threads on STM (do a search) where you can leave a question in their thread or PM them. Or just go to their website and contact that way. The networks matuloo mentioned are great, however I've seen that most of their offers have been around for quite some time, and you can still face product fatigue issues.
Obviously it depends on a lot of factors, but I would recommend trying to come up with your own product. It will definitely perform way better in the long run and cut you a lot of troubles caused by the competition. On top of that, based on the feedback people running their own product have shared with me, the overall results difference are huge.
When running your own product, you get to control not only the campaign and complete funnel, but practically everything - retargeting, email, sms traffic etc.
Might be worth the time and effort giving it a try
