Hey guys so im running crypto on MGID, I plan running the same offers on other platforms as well but having some issues after 10k spend.
So It's not really scaling up as much as getting it to work consistently, i reckon. and trying to figure out what i did wrong.
So I was getting good traffic for good price for a week or two, then suddenly it goes bad, new banners don't work, as well as new pre lander. When asking AM about it he doesn't have an answer.
I start campaigns with high bid (x3) low daily spend, then in the first hour or two i drop the bids back and increase the daily spend.
I keep teasers on a minimum of 1% CTR , whatever is lower i pause.
I usually stop widgets with over 200 clicks without a signup.
I tried both ES and CL
Both started strong, got my first conversion very fast for a good cost (even if its above my CPA im happy with it, being a first conversion) but then it all goes bad and CPL is increasing although im getting good amount of clicks even with very high CTRs in Chile. I was doing 3% on avg with 3 teasers. first conversion came after $500 which is exactly my payout. leads cost around $30. expensive but with good CR% i can live with it.... after 40 leads and just 1 sale on the first week. suddenly i started spending 100-200$ for a lead so i tried changing creatives... didnt work.
CL overall spend $1500
Same goes with ES.. started very strong with a Conversion right on the first 1k spend, payout is 800 so we're good to go....
Leads started at 60-70$
Then dropped to 40 which is nice.
But then suddenly went up to 100-200$ as well, tried different creative but that didnt work.
Overall spend right now is 7k and had only 2 conversion.
So I'd love to get any kind of insights about what i might be doing wrong here.

How is the campaign going for you?
I'd like to read more about the progress of this.
What I'd point out is that publishers get often dropped and you're not getting the same amount of traffic/conversions you used to.
I have the same struggles but it seems that you need to start fresh and have in mind the winning bids/teasers/targeting in order to start strong
