Hi all
If you Guys have time please check out my store
I have same situation like kelvinhe. I have 3 product store. 2 products displayed on landing page, unfortunately couldn't get any single sale but one product which isn't on main page (its eye brush cleaning machine) can get only 4 sales after spending more than $400 on facebook.
Please advice me is it doable with some changes or i should quit this idea.
thanks in advance

[QUOTE=jack_l;408237]I don't think you posted a link to it...
But yeah if you're looking for feedback in a similar manner I'd start your own separate thread. That way nobody gets confused about whose site is whose between you and the OP
thanks Jack actually in hurry i forget to write the link

But yeah, I and I'm sure everyone else would be happy to look at it
Cool product... I have no knowledge of whether it runs big on Facebook or not but definitely looks cool..
I really like the gif's on the offer page... those are fantastic... also really the embedded Instagram posts (if that's what those are)...
The testimonials on the main page have a variety of mispelled words in them so I would definitely fix that. I think mis-spelled words are probably the biggest "lost trust" factor for English audiences right now (at least they are for me).
And then I think your site kind of has the same problem that one of our content-sites currently has that we're trying to fix, which is that it just looks kind of 'old' or 'off' somehow... it doesn't look 'crisp' and 'clean' the way a really good 2020 website should...
Again - we're dealing with the exact same problem - and I'm not entirely sure what the solution is... I think that part of it is lack of shadowing at all the borders... lack of things with opacity (see through quality)... lack of responsiveness when hovering over things... etc...
I don't really know how to do any of that so in our case we're just paying people to come in and 'pretty it up'... but maybe using Visto to look at all the big ecom stores selling similar products and just really studying all those intricacies of design, etc.
Also, the script doesn't contrast against the background very well- is hard to read.
Also, in the 'Shipping' page, you mention shipping to 44 countries... but then on the next line you say 150 countries
I would also take this line out, as I think it might create doubt in people's mind and make them less likely to buy: "We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you." Nobody wants to go to the bother of buying something only to find out they can't get it, so perhaps there's a better way to word that (or just not include it at all).
But yeah, great work overall man! I'm not a

This sounds like an interesting section and would like to post my site too and ask if anyone would like to shop from it. There are sites like pickfu where one can get an unbiased opinion too. But I missed this one so far... happy to discover this section.. better late than never.
Anyways here's my first opinion of the website if you are still interested:
1. I would prefer a .com domain and nothing else the increase the trustworthiness of the website.
2. I did not get a clear picture of what you are selling within the first 3 to 5 seconds of landing on the website.
3. The color combination of the home page stresses my eyes
4. There are too many products on the home page, which does confuse a visitor.
5. You don't have a phone number and easy returns messages on the header, which makes your website less trustworthy.
6. There's no contact us button on the header
7. Please remove the powered by
8. There aren't proper reviews
9. There is no customer review or testimonials as social proof.
10. There is no unique value proposition that should set your website apart from competitors.
There's more... but these ten should suffice for now.
Almost immediately I was asked to allow notifications. As a user my thought is, why? I don't know you, I haven't even seen your site yet, why allow notifications?
And then almost right after that was an offer to sign up for an email list. Again, I'm thinking, why, I don't even know what you have, why do I want emails about it?
I'd recommend testing those against waiting until later to ask so people see more value in giving it. You may get fewer signups, but they could prove more valuable.
