Propellerads vs Pop Ad CPM (2)

Noob Q.
Want to target Singapore and on Propeller there are CPM charts but don't have any reference point for PopAd.
Anybody has an idea or know how can I find it out?
Popads is a bit different there.
When you create a campaign and set your targeting and everything and then click on "Summary" you will see a traffic estimator
You can also find a more general overview HERE
There you can then click on the country to receive more details.
