USA shops - any service(get,pack) - send worldwide

hello,


Can anyone recommend service, which can help to get products from USA retail shops and send worldwide by DHL, Fedex etc. by good shipping rates?


We'd like to sell shoes worldwide, if anyone have the same experience, please advice

It depends if you want fast shipping or are ok with 2 months. Fast shipping will cost you more than the item price. DHL/Fedex AND good shipping rates are incompatible
And how do you manage returns? Shoes have a return rate of 20-30%? Sometimes up to 35-50% (zappos)

My advice: ask your friends (ladies) first. Would they buy shoes in a foreign country, knowing that they will have difficulties to exchange it if they do not like it / size is wrong?

I know some people are sending by fedex to Europe for 17$ per 0,5KG, but they don't say how

thanks for advice, we will think about return rate. We hope that the shoes price will be more competitive and people would like to buy. It's just an idea

It all comes down to shipping time + if you want a certified shipping with tracking.
Add to that:
- the custom process, which can add some more complexity
- and Fedex / DHL charging customs handling fees on top of the custom tax...
- return management / customer services in several countries.

Definitely not a business I would pursue. Better to stick with one country and expand the product line.

There is one more method, but it's only applicable after you reach certain scale... people setup small local storages in the countries they want to ship to, then use local courier companies to distribute the goods to local customers. I also believe there are companies who offer this as a service to international sellers, try to search for them in the GEOs that interest you.
