A question regarding to Adplexity
Hi, I would like to know if the Adplexity Carrier version works to see what Mobile Content offers are working like 1/2 Clicks, Click2sms, etc ...?

Just to set one thing straight, Adplexity, and any other spytool, doesn't show exactly what offers work since they do not have access to the conversion data. They show what Ads, LPs and offers are promoted on the popular traffic sources... so yes, we can assume that as long as something is heavily promoted, it is working. Im writing this to make sure you understand the way it works and don't have unrealistic expectations.
But back to the question... you will be able to see what offers people are promoting, not in all cases since some of them cloak, but it will be good enough to get an idea and yes, plenty of people are using adplexity to discover offers that show promise.

You can use a VPN and spy manually. You will need some plugins like user agent changer to appear real.
This way you should have access to landers that run on desktop. For carrier bound landers is probably way more difficult to spoof your browser info.

There are several tools on the market, but the good ones are in a similar price range as adplexity.
A good VPN, agent switcher ... this can definitely work too, it will just take longer and you won't be able to spy on as many GEOs, carrier spying will be very complicated too, but it's an option for the starters.
