suddenly the results drop so hard
is there solution or new methods to try

I don't know about FB new methods, but I would suggest to try a new method for your posts: to give proper details about your situation. Such as: Geo? Target market? Daily volume? Campaign type? CTR? Conversion rate?
Make a decent post explaining what your metrics were and how they drop. Then experts can help.
