1. Things scale really quickly when you start converting at the right numbers , make sure you can support it – customer service , shipping, both in terms of technological support – from a good customer service ticket system to maybe considering adding a chatbot that would get some of the weight off you –You don’t want to get bad reviews that’ll take you a lot of time to get back and even out through good reviews just because your customer service sucks.
2. The biggest negative feedback you're going to get would be related to shipping – make sure you have that ready and set up. That means that even if you have to pay more, and not use a generic, low-cost service, such as USPS , make sure you do that – it’s going to pay off in the future, also , when you get to larger scales – make sure you negotiate the price, you’ll find out it’s quite hard, but possible with larger scales.
3. The second thing you can do to avoid some of the negative feedback is make sure that you have a solid customer service by creating a chatbot inside your site that would answer those repeating questions quickly.
People are expecting to have their questions answered really quickly – make sure you setup a chatbot that would support customer service. most of the customer service questions are going to be either repeating questions or just questions regarding the order that person has made – didn’t get it , wants to know tracking number etc’
4. Get amazon prime , FBA setup BEFORE launching traffic – you have no idea how many people are going to search for you there and you're going to lose bottom of funnel conversions, this is a must do. Make sure you also do their fast track to trademark your brand so that other features would be opened for you there.
5. If you don't know a lot about email and sms marketing – make sure you get someone to handle your email marketing – like an agency that's going to design, write the copy, segment and clean your lists. That’ll take a lot of the more – time consuming jobs out of your hands and move them into someone who actually knows what they are doing and generate a lot more money for you – should also be a really easy decision as a lot of agencies are working based on commission so they’re fully dedicated into making sure you either make money or make more money with them.
6. I also made a video with the top
7. You wanna have a paypal rep, to help you with opening your account in case it get locked at least at the beginning and also you want to make sure you have the ability to have users "subscribe and save" so you'll get more repeating customers.
