Can I use the link generated from a pretty links alternative elsewhere?

Say I have a wordpress blog and generate links from a pretty links type plugin to generate fresh links ( or perhaps technically cloaked links) from affiliate links. Can I use the 'fresh' links on my other Shopify blog with a different domain name on my posts there?
I know this is a dumb question. But I don't care!

Short answer: Yes you can.

Long answer: You can use bit.ly on any website / app. Pretty links type plugins follows the same principle. They just "generate" redirects. The only exception would be if the plugin has an option to check the referring site and block the redirection eventually. This is the only thing to pay attention to.

Sure, a url shortener will work anywhere. But I want to use the link generated through my domain using a wordpress plugin similar to pretty links. I just wondered if the link generated can be used in the same blog or just anywhere I like. And @jeremie clarified that these plugins work similar to url shorteners and can be used anywhere.
