Dropshipping Shopify + Aliexpress + Facebook AD = Lose Money
This year I tried to start using this model.
Dropshipping: Shopify + Aliexpress + Facebook AD = Lose Money
First 2 months, I study build Shopify website, facebook ads, and learning to use spy tools.
I found a winning product in the fourth month, which lasted only 1 week (every day 100+ order), and now for almost 6 months, I haven’t found any profitable products.
I test new products(1or2) every day and basically close it the next day or 2,3days, because no order. Total 6 month, only a few products get a little order and keep losing money.
why? Why I can not find a winning product or a profitable product? 4 month only find 1 winning product.
Any help?

Please try to answer:
Do you collect emails even if you don't get sales? And do you have a set of related products? Do you do upsells? And do you start right away with the conversions + purchase ad on facebook?
Also, does your product solve a problem? Will it get people passionate? Why you think your target audience will be interested in your product? Do you have a buyer persona in mind? What are your customer's fears, problems, goals? What keeps them awake at night? And does your product help them get rid of all that?
A study in the 60s (or whenever) found that a customer needs to see a product on an average of 7 times before pulling out their credit card. Have you tried retargeting?
Okay, I'll leave you here and we take it further once you answer these questions.

WOW, Lots questions.
But i need to say i know your questions before start this dropship model, i know these courses.
So I only sell cheap products, the price is $15-35, no collect emails, no upsells, only conversions + purchase, the product was only advertised for 1-3 days, no sale, so no retargeting...
I know what is winning product(wow, solve problem, share...), but still fails. I don’t know what went wrong. Now it makes me feel that none of the products I see are winning product.
And i see lots advertising courses, low-priced products no need Email marketing, retargeting etc. only test new products and video.

If the product is indeed solves a problem and the right audience is watching it, there is no reason why it should not work?! If you know already, why don't you act on it?! It's like different types of recipes placed right in front of me to try out. But I complain I am hungry, yet don't want to eat.
Also, low priced products = low profit margin and less profit. I would not go below $30 while starting out. And keep it between $30 and $70. If you have an email list or a messenger list, you don't have to spend any money on advertising after a while. And just send emails to have money coming in.

you need a change of mindset. And find your strengths and weaknesses. I would outsource tasks that I am not good at and personally handle tasks I am capable.

Thanks for your help, I will try your suggestion。
I think my first problem is to find a winning product, which seems impossible to outsource. i use spy tool, winning products site, but still fails.

It may be the winning product, but possibly the angle to it was wrong. How do you do your product research? Name a few products you tried and who you targeted? Also, the product you tried that gave you good results once?

I use adspy, droppoint, in fact, these tools have not found any product that I am satisfied with, and I finally found the product directly on AliExpress.
For fb ads, i use ABO,wc, 6sets, 6usd eacy, different interests, Woman, 25+,USA, 1 video or several picture. They usually shut down one by one within a few days.
i have 2 site now 1 for kitchen, 1 for dog, this month i tried these products, no sale or few sale.
For dogs:
Angel Wing Dog Harness. $19.99+4
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000209275001.html
Audience: puppy, dog lover, poodle, pet food
French Bulldog Pillow Case $19.99+4
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32993021291.html
Audience: French Bulldog, pillow
French Bulldog Keychain $24.99+4
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001053929642.html
Audience: French Bulldog, Keychain
For kitchen:
Silicone Cleaning Sponge 19.99+4
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001270858934.html
Audience: cleaning, cookbook, Cleaning Brands, Housekeeping
Christmas Rolling Pin $24.99+4
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001299167699.html
Audience: Cookies
Cast Iron Cleaner $12.99-19.99+4
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001202820781.html
Audience: Cast Iron, cleaning, Cleaning Brands, Housekeeping
This is my winning products, lasted only 1 week, CPA $3-8, then die.
Thick Nails $18.99+4
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000238941310.html
Audience: Toenail, Clippers, pedicure, LAL / LAA / LLA
For product research, I know that finding unique, wow, without competition, can make money.
But no matter how I look for it, I found that there are sellers selling it, and it is impossible to have a unique product without competition, i just want to do copy.

@seogood1000 For the products that failed why you think the buyer will not go to the local store or amazon to buy these products at a much cheaper price and delivery in 1-3 days? The product that made good sales is a toe nail clipper and has a unique property that it can cut thick toe nails. Most nail cutters are problematic when they clip toe nails. And possibly this made them wait for several weeks for it to arrive from China.
Also, why didn't your collect emails or possibly messenger subcribers even if the campaigns "falied" ? There seems to be no retargeting either. Also, please understand that for the U.S. or English speaking audience the ad copy and landing page or store should be perfect with no grammar errors. Only exception is when the product is too good to resist and the customer ignores the English for the strength of the product.
Also, please understand that the dropshipping scenario is changing and one needs to do things that are currently working or are evergreen strategies. Like there was this period from 2012 till 2016/2017 when one could put up a bunch of FB ads and make sales. It's no longer possible now.
How you have optimized your store and/or landing page is also worth considering.

If all buyer go to the local store or amazon to buy these products, dropship dead already.
For collect emails, landing page and retargeting, i will do these things when I make 50 or 25 orders per day.
Anyway, thank you very much, i need to reconsider the issue of choosing products.

Please understand that these purchases are mostly "impulse" purchases. The buyer mentality is : "Let's get this one!" And can be pretty random even though FB will show your ads to people who are most likely to buy. To win here, one has go step-by-step with proven principles that work. Not leave it to fate. People on social media normally don't like to get sold. One needs to warm them first before trying to sell them.
As far as collecting emails, it's best to have them even if you don't make a single sale. You are lucky that are doing that many sales a day minus any emails or retargeting! 25 to 50 orders a day... you can have 500 emails for that many purchases and keep selling them for as long as you want, without the need to spend on ads!!
Dropshipping is neither dead and nor will die. You can even private label your products and ship directly from your supplier. And if it's local, you can even crush the competition on amazon, if you are offering something better.
