It's IMPOSSIBLE for us to get an answer from Facebook. It's been impossible for many weeks now.
When we connect our aged and good Profile to a business manager, and spends, it will ask for an ID.
We upload the ID which gets accepted by Facebook right away - however whenit asks for ID, the Business Manager will automatically close.
However when the ID is accepted, and we try to get the Business Manager open - Facebook never answers and opens up the Business Manager.
The Business Managers are bought and are verified.
This is getting reeeeeeeeeeeeeally frustrating.
Anyone also experiencing this?
Facebook has been pretty mental for the past few weeks. One of the problems seems to be the upcomign election and an increased effort to catch any unfair political ads, it's been all over various FB ad groups, even Fb themselves admitted that they have a very long list of appeals to get sorted and that the situation should calm down in the coming weeks. The way I see it, the only thing you can do is to keep appealing and hope for the best. Or work on a backup strategy with new accounts.
