Where to Find an Ad Agency?

Have been looking for an Ad Agency for a week almost.
Emailed to dozens of different agencies, but no reply from any of them

Any ideas where they can be contacted to? Maybe i'm missing something simple but still important...

What are you looking for exactly? What you want from the ad agency? Or you looking for agency fb accounts?

What do you mean by "niche countries" ?

Niches are usually specific parts of interests, markets or business categories... I'm not sure there is something like a niche country.
