I'm having a weird issue I never expected to be encountering - Taboola's system is not letting me spend. I have a campaign that is showing some good potential, so I want to raise the budget, but the interface will not allow me to set Monthly Flight or Entire Campaign spending limit to higher than $10,000 for either existing or new campaigns. My account is new, only a week or so old with ~$1000 total spend, but they've now successfully billed my credit card in their ~$103 increments ten times or so.
Has anyone experienced similar? And if so, how did you get it raised? I don't have an account manager or anything.

That's really weird... never encountered that before... what is it saying when you attempt to do so? Their new dashboard is still a bit buggy in my opinion... but could certainly be something purposeful they do with new accounts now or something... you could email them and ask if you could start sending in wire transfers instead of the cc billing... that is what we do.. those 103$ charges are a huge pain... (although they can also raise the billing threshold to 1003$ instead - although that still costs you the 3% in fees)...

I did email their 3 support emails I knew of (billing@, support@, customer-success@). The only reply I got was from billing saying it was *not* their department and to wait for regular support. It's definitely weird, as it feels like my account has a very limited feature set as well compared to screenshots I've seen from others' case studies and follow alongs. Eg. in the By Site view of a Smartbid campaign I don't have any option to raise/lower bid per site by 10%. the Block button is the only one that I have.
Huh... weird man.. well hopefully their support staff will get back to you...
In the meantime I would just clone the campaign and get a few of them going if you want to spend more than that. Fortunately Taboola is good about cloned camps starting on the same footing so you don't really need to rev the engine or anything.
Good to know. Will cloning a campaign cause issues with double serving? I'd considered doing that but don't want to do anything that would mess with smartbid on the original as I've heard how sensitive it can be to anything
No, I wouldn't worry about that... Taboola is all infinite-scroll widgets anyway so usually double-serving isn't an issue like on Revcontent or a network like that... but yeah you're right, the SmartBid is pretty finicky... cloning the camp shouldn't hurt it though...
Write again to their support including a summary of what are your average monthly ad spend looks like, and include a projected ad spend too, and ask for an account manager.
If you're spending high enough they should easily assign you an account manager, seen people with $10k a month getting account managers, so if you're doing anything around $100k+, you should easily get one. Then it will be your manager's issue to raise your spending limits, not yours 
Those small payment charged 10 times are to verify you are legit with your payment, so i wouldn't worry about it for now.As for the credit line ,i'd reccomend reaching out to a rep.You should be able to get one between 5-10k/month spent(depending on your location).You'll need one anyway .
