I've had a mobile campaign bringing in some nice bank and decided to widen the net by using Google's platform.
After setting up two campaigns: one Android, the other iPhone, I uploaded them to my account and waited on Mount Sinai for the word from Big 'G'.
The iPhone campaign was instantly disapproved. Evidently 'iPhone is a trademark and cannot be used', whereas Android .....
The keywords (same for both campaigns) were disappoved for the iPhone campaign for poor quality score, whereas the keywords for the Android campaign (going to the same merchant's page) were approved.
Really? Mmmm...
BUT if you type 'iPhone' into Google's search engine, paid iPhone ads litter the page.
Didn't know whether to laugh or cry. You have to be tougher than Chuck Norris to be an affiliate. Well almost ...
You have to be as tough as Chuck Norris's y-fronts, .... true!!
