Adult website for sale - 15k US visitors monthly (5)
Hi all,
I'm looking to sell my adult website www.amoralondon.com
Amora London is an adult website which covers sex/erotic stories.
Currently the site is averaging 650 US visitors/day but I expect this to reach 1000 soon.
I currently have too many projects and I'm not really familair with the adult niche ( this is the only website I have). I'm more experienced in the health/home improvement niches.
The site doesn't really make a lot of money right now, I've put Exoclick ads on it , it makes like 0,3 $/day.
Most of the traffic is US/UK traffic so I'm sure someone knows how to monetize this properly.
I've ordered some niche edits last year but besides that, not real link building was done.
The site has 91 stories published and a lot of potential regarding traffic because of high volume keywords sitting on page 2.
I'm looking for $5k for this website.

I don't see anything special about the site... simple layout, no special code, looks like a standard "blog" without any design. There isnt a lot of content posted either, just a bunch of stories, so significant investment would be required in order to grow it... unless someone would write the stories themselves.
Ad revenue from a site like this will never be high either, not unless it reaches 10s of thousands of visits a day.
I wouldnt pay more than 12x monthly revenue for a site like this and that's still VERY generous, 6 months would be more appropriate. So as it is, the site is not worth more than $100 based on revenue, maybe $200 since its already setup and that has some value too... maybe a bit more if you actually bought the stories and have rights for them.

Agree with matuloo. Less than 1 year old website with a localized domain (geo: city), which decreases a lots its value because you can not reuse it that well.
Have a look at flippa.com, checking for "Recently Sold" to get comparables: 100-300 usd
