The best way to log in to a FB account from a proxy? (2)

Hi STMers,

Since FB rejected to reinstate my account and suggested using my friend's or family's account instead, I'm planning on using my friend's account.
He suggested using only 1 browser and a proxy to log in so I'm wondering if anyone can share some tips on some of the best practices, software or extension to use to switch/use a proxy considering that I may need to log in from different locations or devices while travelling or having a VA do some tasks on the account?

I have tried a couple top rated proxy switcher chrome extension but it was unstable and I'm concerned about the cookies from other restricted FB account possibly causing issues when logging in from the same browser even with a proxy.

Any suggestion on proven safe methods would be much appreciated...
