You can have a look at the Mastermind section, or find a few people here who appear to have the same level as you and contact them to organize a Mastermind with 2/3 people. Stay away from large groups/chats. They are rarely useful and are more a distraction than anything else.

The problem is that mostly these groups are flooded with trafficsources and cpa networks that want to get users for their platforms.
On the affiliate site there are mostly only beginners asking most basic questions.
Better try to connect with just a few people of same level of knowledge.
