There is no way to protect ADs... banners, push ads, fb ads... these are hosted by the ad networks themselves and if they don't block the crawlers of spytolls, there is nothing you can do.

There are techniques to protect the Landing Pages, Sales Pages etc... in case you host them yourself. To do this, you need a tool that will show some other "fake" LP to the crawler. To do this, you need to use some kind of database that will help you identify the bots or use a cloaker. By doing this, you will catch certain % of these tools, but it still doesn't work 100% and you risk getting banned by the traffic sources as they do not allow cloaking and you will block their automatic scripts too at times. So in case you're not an expert in this, it can do you more harm than good.

Yes, on some spy tools you can search based on the URLs or parts of these. As the affiliate ID is included in the URL most of the time, someone can find your ad based on an offer.
