We're looking for a platform with FB agent accounts.

Hi everybody! We are looking for a service, a platform with possibility to get traffic through Facebook, and to receive closing documents from that company for our Czech corporation. So we need an agent account with possibility to pay by wire or card and get invoices, we want to advertise our whitehat app. Maybe you know such platform and can give us a piece of advice?

Accounts that they provide are mature accounts? And do we need to put our own payment method there?
