I wanted to post an update on my situation with Voluum since the previous thread was archived.

One of their higher ups finally reached out to me and agreed to issue a refund.

So thank you Voluum for getting this sorted. Moving forward, I will be sure to read through contracts more carefully, and I recommend everyone else do the same
