Yeah, just different campaigns and different postback links, if you use them in your tracker. But still even without PB you will see the results, because you can sort traffic by geo

Why do you use different postback links?
You use your trackers postback URL for
all your campaigns and the values for payout and click ID will then dynamically be added at the CPA network.

I just had such experience with one ad network that there was a URL for each campaign, because each campaign had its own unique key

Well, now you mix even more things together.
The ad network has nothing to do with the postback URL of your tracker.
You only need the postback for the CPA networks to post conversion data back to the tracker.
In the end a postback URL is an URL where you use tokens for dynamic values and these tokens will be converted to static values that then get sent back through the postback URL.
The postback URL itself with its parameters is always the same, the only thing that can change from CPA network to CPA network are the tokens they use.
there was a URL for each campaign, because each campaign had its own unique key
Maybe you mean the
campaign link and not the postback URL?
Because the campaign link has a unique key/string for each campaign in your tracker and this is also the link that you use in the ad networks.

It's fine to use tokens in the campaign link, some advertisers require certain data to be passed to them... for example placement ID, ad ID etc... But let's not confuse the campaign link with the offer url and postback url.
Campaign url is used to send traffic to and is generated by the tracker. Offer url comes from the network and that is the one you can append tokens to. Postback URL has one main purpose, which is to "let the tracker know" a conversion happened and what clickID was assigned to the click that converted.
Postbacks can include tokens too, for example some extra ID, payout value etc... depending on the particular affiliate network. But still, in most cases there will be just 1 global postback url defined for each network, unless you plan to use different trackers or set postbacks for every single offer (some networks allow that too) which would be super time consuming and messy.
To put it simple, postback just passes the clickID back to the tracker so it can identify what click converted, from there it's on the tracker as it has all the data stored for that particular click.

Sure, this is normal.
Matuloo already explained it very good.
You have tokens in your campaign links, in your offer links and in the postbacks.
In your campaign link you have tokens from the trafficsource so that they can pass info to your tracker.
In your offer URLs you have tokens from your tracker so that you can pass info to the CPA network.
In your postback URL you have tokens from the CPA network so that it can send conversion info back to the tracker.
I recommend you to read a bit more about campaigns structure and how the whole flow from trafficsource through tracker to CPA network and back to tracker works.
When you don´t get it right you risk to lose money because your campaigns or tracking simply not works properly.
