So rumor is this is COPEAC 2.0 http://helloperformance.com/

can anyone confirm or deny it?

either way I would maybe stay away till someone can come in and say something otherwise...

seems to be the rumor floating around....and as we all know COPEAC 1.0 didn't turn out so well...

If it uses that new piece of shit software that copeac last used, I wouldn't run them for that reason.

I live ten min from Copeac's office and my accountant also happens to be in the same office building. Last week when I was meeting with my accountant I took a stroll up to Copeac's office to see what's what. I couldn't really see much, to be honest, but the doors leading to their suite were closed and the lights all appeared off. Wasn't much noise or any noise for that matter. Last time I visited their office it was alive and bustling. Feel somewhat bad. Shit situation all around.
