Debug, Health niche ban

Hey STMers,

I run an ecom store selling joint pain related items and got restricted from advertising, meaning all BMs, personal ad account got disabled.
made an appeal and got a reply that they can't reinstate.

I ran the ads for about a week and the account got disabled and FB reinstated saying it was deactivated by mistake and then rejected my ads after a few days and then approved my newly edited ad and then restricted all accounts.

I've seen competitors running pretty much the same campaigns/ad & landing page copies, but their ads have been running for many months - over a year.

So I'm wondering...

1. if joint pain related items are considered as non compliant by FB?
2. If so, the reason the competitors have been running ads could be because they may be using what's called agency accounts?
3. if my fan page, domain didn't get blacklisted by FB, then I can still use them on new FB account?
4. if so, how do check if the fan page or domain got disabled or not?
5. The FB debugger shows the following errors when I checked my domain. Does any of the errors mean it got blacklisted?

6. how do I fix the errors if I need to?

Many thanks!

- are the products legit/unique? dropshipping?
- how was the response on your ads and ordered products?
- what angles did you try? FB is very tense when it comes to health related products and the claims they often do

maybe the competitors have better accounts, better engagement, maybe even whitelisted or they cloak? I would avoid any stuff that has been attached to a banned account. it's not per se neccessary always for each part (domain, fb page, payment method, text, images etc)

it looks like the domain/lander is flagged, - > bad content. your prelander maybe be too aggressive (or did you rip it? then it probably already flagged because of others)

it's for dropshipping. Just ran the ads for about a week and only had a couple questions in the comments, a few likes, shares...
I pretty much ripped competitors' landing page copies and they didn't cloak it seems.

Just curious how whitelisting works?

Thanks!

Whitelisting only relevant for product owners, not for affiliates or resellers.

If you ripped the lander without adjustments and proper cleaning its probably the cause.

Just for a reference, do you mind sharing how to whitelist/how it works?
I may have my own product or white/privatelabel down the line...

Fyi I found out BAD_CONTENT_ENCODING doesn't mean it got blacklisted. Just disabled gzip compression and the error is gone. Hope that helps.

Thanks!
