I had a question about Facebook for Lead Gen mostly in the insurance space. What is the best way to run on Facebook. Creative > Advertorial > Offer or Creative > squeeze page > Offer. Wondering what people have had success with running in 2020.

I've ran insurance before with some success. Facebook Ad - Email Opt-In Page (you can even use questionnaire type pages, to pre-qualify visitor, segment by country or age group etc) - Offer (Redirect right after visitor opts in).
Then you can create an email flow promoting other similar offers, mixed in with value driven content on the back end using any of the automation email services.
I would suggest creating a generically named website and Facebook pages, populating them with related content. (Articles, blog posts, case studies etc about insurance (auto, home, health etc))
Ad-prelander-offer page is working often too for me. Has to be a strong angle tho'
