that thing can't be rescued. No idea what your offer is looking at that.

There is one ad that that I liked a lot I'm seeing it on FB all the time for the past two weeks or so, they are collecting subscribers for a business newsletter... I tried to browse FB for about 10 minutes, hoping that it would show so I could make a screenshot for you, but they probably have some impression cap on it so it didn't show. Maybe tomorrow, will take a screen then and post it here

Several thoughts:
-Tread carefully - FB doesn't like ads that make income claims (not that you have - just a heads up!)
-Focus on benefits, not features. e.g.:
Instead of "bite-size business tips and secrets" - how about "30 business ideas you can choose from to start your own business TODAY" and/or "5 top-secret business tips guarded by some of the biggest US corporations, that can propel your business to the next level"?
Instead of "easy to apply advice that actually makes money" - how about "step-by-step fool-proof strategies you can follow to start a revenue stream"?
Instead of "motivational and inspiration content" - how about "daily dose of motivating and inspiring quotes and stories to keep you feeling motivated"?
Instead of "join a financially free community" - how about "network with other entrepreneurs that are already running successful businesses to learn from their experiences"?
Not very good example as I've spent zero time on these, but should give a good idea.
-A powerful headline is a MUST. Again, try to include a benefit there as well.
-Be honest and sincere and deliver on everything you promise - that would be the best way to nurture your leads.
-If you want to see good examples of FB ads, I believe Visto is still free:
https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...or-STM-Readers
Hope that helps and good luck!

Yeah I'm not an expert on Facebook or the Make Money niche, but it seems a little too broad or ambiguous perhaps...
Maybe offer one really good, specific freebie that matches your "ideal customer".
Like Adplexity for instance does their "99 Landers" freebie, which is a perfect match to their potential customer.
Or STM does the "1$ Guide".
Or how Clickfunnels started with their "101 Top Landing Page Split Tests".
If you're not doing everything anon you could also include your own "heroes journey" thing as Clickbait, i.e. "Learn the traffic strategy that took me from worthless paint-huffing Millennial with 800k in college loans to badass Lambo-driving Instagram star" (being half sarcastic obviously
).
If you're doing it anonymously then you can't use the latter stuff sadly...
But yeah, as far as the actual writing, I think it's fine... looks well-written to me... etc...
Just gotta narrow it down and give out some bait that is compelling enough to get them emails
PS I guess to sum it up the most important thing to figure out is who your ideal customer is

I agree with others. It is not specific enough. And there is no benefits, almost only features.
If i want motivational and inspirational content, i go on Instagram and i can binge watch famous quotes stamped over stock photos of happy people.
The CTA is weak. Why not get emails to be able to directly contact your subscribers, rather than having them like your Fb page and have to pay later to target them...
