Affiliate Marketing Landers Making Claims & Legality In Diet
I see many affiliate landing pages that I'm sure you have all seen before... the stuff like... "Shark tank miracle diet pill sheds weight like no other"... showing before and after pictures for a weight loss pill... and tons of comments at the bottom saying things like, wow this is so amazing i lost so much weight... I've even seen this lander posted on this very forum for people to use.
So obviously the same lander that looks like it is from NBC news or whatever news site has been reused like 100x, do these people face some kinds of legal issues for using these types of landers? Or what can you do to make sure it is OK to use them?

Make sure you don't do any copyright infringement and/or false claims. But they need to be so agressive because the pills are shit in most cases.
And some get caught yeah, can remember a post from here while ago from guys going to jail because of using Oprah etc. Especially US is ofcourse very dangerous to run these things.

I think you meant this thread, right? :

To answer the original question by the OP : Yes, you CAN get into trouble for false claims, especially when high profile celebs or large companies are involved... it's pretty rare for this to happen, but a small risk is there. Check the thread I linked above.

Yup, it's rare. like really rare, but as I said, it does happen from time to time... especially when running really high volumes of traffic.
