Daily campaign optimization

Hello to all STM affiliates, how you optimize your campaigns on a daily basis? Every day goes differently and FB is not famous for its great stability. I use CBO and from what I know kill a single adset in CBO is not the best thing to do. So how to optmize? Thanks a lot to everyone
