Selling a product in an industry known for SCAMS? - First of its kind Crypto Trading
Crypto is the wild wild west. Many people have become millionaires, and likewise many have been scammed.
It’s great that crypto is getting hype right now, but the many scams have left most consumers doubtful and untrusting of most services. Even legit ones…
You are likely skeptical yourself.
Would you believe this?:
Price tag: $300 a month and:
- Get access to a platform that connects with Binance exchange (your funds stay with you)
- With the click of a button follow and copy AI generated crypto trading signals vetted by trading experts
- Track-record: 5 months avg. win rate on >2000 signals ≈ 75%
You probably wouldn't believe it. 75% win rate! Sounds like a typical crypto trading bot scam.
Seems too good to be true right…
So how the hell do you sell something like this?
Target market: Time pressured amateur trader with >$5000 capital, who has already experimented trading either stocks, forex, crypto etc. and knows that trading can be stressfull, time consuming and even costly.
____________
What’s already done:
Legitimising it:
- Face of the founder in marketing material and on website
- Weekly breakdown of trading signal stats via Youtube, blogpost and social medias
- Reaching out to influencers (very few bite on the hook)
Selling it:
- Funnel: Long form landingpage with a 10 minute explainer video
- User can sign up for a 1 hour webinar - followed by 9 automated emails with stats and such
- Sales source: Affiliate program with $100-$650 CPA + a tier 2 affiliate structure with 10% commission on referred affiliates revenue
- CANNOT be sold to US customers (legalities)
There is NOT a free trial version of the product, since it can easily be abused. NO refund. Cancel anytime. A smaller paid trial version is being considered.

I'm always interested in "peeking" behind the curtain and seeing how legal compliance is handled on such offers. It's seems so risky to me to own such an offer
