Conversion tracking not working "postback" ?!?

Hello,

i have a RedTrack tracking system and working with REBLL as a network
i have setup the postback both at RedTrack and rebll as follow :
https://track.xxxxxxxx.com/postback?clickid={aff_click_id}&sum={payout}

but i still can't see the conversions on redtrack which basically the postback is not sending the leads back from REBLL to redtrack
idk what's wrong and tried to talk to both redtrack and REBLL teams and both wasn't able to give any help to solve the issue

thx in advance for any help

Hey,
Did you try to manually call your postback to see if it works? If so, ask Rebll to send you the log of 1) the last calls they made to your postback. 2) the last clickids they received from you. To check if the format is right

Other ideas of problem could be:
- mixed use of HTTP/HTTPS in the same funnel prohibiting data to be passed
- clickid not properly passed to Rebll during the conversion
- campaign configured for Conversion Tracking Pixel in RedTrack and you use S2S Conversion Tracking, or the reverse

Can you please provide the following information and I'll take a look:

1)A screenshot of REBLL's postback tokens (which should be shown on the page on your affiliate dashboard where you enter the postback).

2)The original postback you got from RedTrack before replacing the tokens.

3)The original affiliate link of the offer that you got from REBLL.

4)The offer link you entered into RedTrack, including the tracking token.

@yacoubh

Not passing conversions is quite a simple case to sort. @jeremie and @Amy pretty much said everything already.
What I am concerned with is that out team was not able to help you with the question.

Can you please DM we with communication details and your RedTrack.io details - we will look into it.

Thanks,

Vlad
