Facebook Guru Opportunity: What Questions Would You Ask?
If you had the opportunity to sit down and take a peak under the hood of a hugely successful FB ad buyer account, what questions would you ask?

some ideas so far
1. what metric do you care most about that I may overlook?
2. Who creates your ads?
3. do you use the API or just live within the FB ads dashboard?

I don't do facebook but I think if I did or if it was a huge native buyer I got to talk to, I would ask a lot about systems/processes... not so much how they run their team but more how they upload stuff... how many ads.. how often do they change them... what metrics to they look at each day... etc...
And I would ask about their biggest campaigns to get an idea of how the algo's perform at really huge spend, since that's something you can't really ever know unless you get there yourself or talk to someone whose been there..

If I had the opportunity to really take a proper "peek under the hood" ... I would just ask them to show me 2 or 3 profitable campaigns and I would study the whole setup... ad formats, targeting, the funnel and offer... having the opportunity to explore a working campaign would be likely more valuable to me than any random questions I might ask
