You may have created a personal account that is more restricted that the corporate one, especially for CloudFrond distributions

Yeah, I just went through this issue myself. I think it's a new problem they are putting to small website owners like ourselves. I followed that post Jeremie shared above, and it wasn't so easy. They took like two days to answer, and they denied my petition. So I had to appeal, and then they extended my Cloudfrount limit. Be patient.
