I guess the main problem is lack of good casino offers for USA.
Quit some time ago I had a good Casino SOI for USA and ran it on pop traffic.
It converted extremely good and I made about $8k or $10k in very short time but then my AM started bullshitting me very hard.
I then just waited for my payout and stopped working with that network completely.
Never had such offer again and never ran Casino in USA again.
