Reaching minimum payment in a network!
So,i recently followed the $1 newbie guide, made initial investment of $6 and made around $8
using mobipium affiliate network (between that time i read the 40-day pop tutorial as well) .Now,when i asked my affiliate manager to sort out the payment details, she said "the minimum threshold is $100".So,i looked around mobipium for sweepstakes offers with SOI flow(as recommended in the 40-day pop tutorial),and found there aren't many offers.
it mostly has mobile content offers using the soi flow(carrier billing). So,can you promote mobile content offers using direct linking or should i use a landing page for that as well?? OR should i let the money be and only focus on sweepstakes offers on other affiliate networks??
Won't other affiliate networks also have a threshold and my payments would be stuck in different affiliate networks for a long time??

Some content offers can work directlinked, in case they have some sort of prelander built in... it's the same with any type of offer actually. In my experience, it's better to use your own landing pages though. For content billing, the most simple LPs can work at times... some warning, age check, content wall with video thumbs etc... these are pretty easy to setup.

Every single network has some sort of payout threshold, it's the norm. Sending very low amounts doesn't make sense for any of the parties involved as the bank fees and accounting expenses would stand for a significant part of the transferred sum. $100 is pretty much the lowest limit I've seen, some have way higher thresholds than that.

If you don't like the other offers on Mobipium, you're basically left with two choices:
1)Just forget about the $8 - it's chump change in the grand scheme of things. Soon you'll be spending 10-100 times that amount DAILY if you're wanting to get serious at this game.
2)Continue to run Mobipium's push offers until you reach the $100 minimum payout. This will allow you to gain very valuable practice for very cheap. You can learn how to cut placements, test blacklisting vs. whitelisting, build whitelists, test bids, learn dayparting, etc. etc. If you try to gain this knowledge and experience by running the usual offers, you'd be spending 10-30x the amount of budget to learn the same things.

Hey, nice to meet you
In MOBIPIUM we're just starting with Sweeps, that's true, but maybe you can try with Dating offers. They're also SOI and we have a really good selection of Dating offers! Ask your AM to recommend you a good one for your type of traffic!
Ooor you can just keep running the Push Smartlink for practice, as Amy said.
If this doesn't work for you, you can always cash out. This means you'll receive a payment for the revenue you've generated (even if it's a small amount), but your account will be permanently closed.
Ping me if you have any more questions!
