Voluum and Propeller (5)

Voluum and Propeller

I'm using Voluum with Propeller on several POP campaigns, and I notice between 20-30% discrepancy on my Voluum costs vs Propeller. [Voluum, unfortunately indicated less spent than does Propeller.]

I'm wondering if anyone else has a similar experience, and possible causes/solutions.

Thank you.

Usually, it's wildly varying CPM costs (like a CPA goal camp), Click Loss, and/or time zone differences.

These usually sort themselves at the end of the day once the stats catch up on both sides.

Hey, I agree with Jaybot, usually time zone differences cause significant differences between Volumm and the platform. Click loss may also be a reason, try to compare the time zones and see whether the data fits

Or it could be VAT.

If you are EU citizen you have to pay VAT. When you select "Auto" costs then you will see costs without VAT.

I just put CPC manually. It's a little bit pain in the ass but there's no other way to do that.

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately, things haven't sorted themselves out in relation to syncing up the timezones. I'm not EU, so no VAT, either. I'm running cheap campaigns based on Vortex's 40 tutorial, so the amount of disparity isn't upsetting.

But, since my whole objective with respect to the (fantastic) tutorial is to "lock things down", I'll keep my eye on it going forward and try to figure out where the malfunction is. I'll run some more campaigns and report back.

But again, thanks for the replies.
