Man, it has been YEARS since I posted here...
Anyways, I used to use SiteScout as an ad server... but not sure they even exist. I'd use it two ways.
One, for direct to site media buys - where I'd buy banner space and want to split test banners, etc on the publishers site - I just give them the code snippet, they stick it in, and I can rotate/swap out links/banners on my end on the ad server to optimize.
Two, on my own sites, like a blog. I can put the snippet in the sidebar or wherever I want a banner. And do the same thing, split test multiple different banners/offers to optimize for conversions, etc
Like I said, I used to use SiteScout, but that doesn't appear to be around anymore. What is the best new software to do something like this?
I remember some other people used to use a service called Adshuffle but that doesn't seem to be around either.
What's the hot new software everyone is using for stuff like this?
