working direct with dating (9)
I've been pushing dating and got in contact directly with Be2 for my region, and they are now asking me if I have an IO template they can use and how many leads I can generate. What's a good rule of thumb in terms of metrics before its worthwhile to go direct? Also the only IO's I've dealt with are as an advertiser. Anyone have experience or tips as a publisher? Thanks!
Work direct if you think you can scale up big time and you know your quality is top notch. Be2 should seriously have an IO template, that is kinda odd that they are asking you for one. Have they verified that your traffic is up to scratch yet? How many leads you can generate is loosely based on the payout they can give you, so I could give them a few different numbers. It's great for negotiating.
Thanks dude, I think their AM's were confused, as a different one emailed me and said that me giving them a template wouldn't be necessary. my CPA networks that I've been running the offers thru all say it's good quality, I'll take your comments into consideration when negotiating terms.

If they are asking you for your IO that is AWESOME this way you can dicate terms ie no scrub etc. If you need a sample IO PM me I will give you ours to copy
Does your quality always have to be top-notch if you're going direct? Couldn't you negotiate a lower payout, or just go on a cost-per-sale basis?
yes they can work with you if your quality isnt all that, its def. good to pass subids so they can optmize from there, ive had campaigns that different subids got paid different amounts, they can lower and raise your payouts according to how it backs into there metrics.
^^^this is key.....the more transparent they are about things the better it is for you....I have had advertisers tell me exactly what banner was working where for their back end....it def helps when you want to send quality leads
have you guys found a good way to do this with lots of ads other than creating a new link with unique subid for each ad manually?
I'm using cpvlab and need to do this for an offer but i usually use the pof uploader to do tons of ads at once so i'm looking for a time efficient way of doing unique subs for each ad.
anyones input would be greatly appreciated.
