Step 3 - "An error occurred, please try again." (4)
Hi,
I'm currently on step 3 of the tutorial, and the interface looks slightly different, where when pressing the hamburger, a Start button is not underneath the campaign name as demonstrated. Instead, I have to select the campaign, which reveals a "Start selected" button above it.
I pressed "Start selected", the pop-up as demonstrated appeared - "Are you sure you want to start selected 1 campaign?", and when I pressed this, I was presented with a warning message, "An error occurred, please try again". The status of the campaign is currently "Pending Review", but wasn't sure whether the campaign needs to be 'started' to enable a review to take place?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ikem, if your campaign is pending review that might be the reason why you are receiving this message. You cannot really "start" a campaign which has not been approved yet by the Ad Network compliance team. As soon as you create it, it goes up for review. If this is your first campaign, it might take up to 24h on some platforms (it usually does on the one you are using right now).
It's also worth mentioning that you should make sure to have any adblock disabled while on the website as this will affect your dashboard functions.
