Banned Microsoft/Bing Ad Account Advice
Hi,
So unfortunately I was banned from Microsoft Ads about this time last year. It was probably due to landers or exit pops, and promoting offers they didn't allow such as CBD and I was really keen to make buck, which got the better of me.
I tried opening new accounts with different credit cards, tried Virtual Machines but they blocked my account straight away.
This has been a bottleneck in my affiliate marketing income because I was following a strategy which was working for me which I was happy with.
I'm wondering if there's anything I can do at all to start advertising with Microsoft once more carefully, or is it more or less impossible to get a new account with them? Anybody else been in the same situation?

Hey,
Sorry for you.
Did you also start with new domains and different landers? Did you remove the exit pops?
What was their reason to justify to ban you again?

Did you try getting the old account back? I lost mine about 9 months ago and just got it back recently.
Get on a chat with their rep and ask them for the exact reason it was banned. I did this and expected to get nothing from them, but they were surprisingly responsive. Actually told me why I was banned. I then asked them to reinstate the account and promised not to do anything like it again.
After some back and forth, they actually gave me the account back. I’m now just starting to get some campaigns back on.
If you haven’t tried this, it doesn’t hurt to give it a shot

I spoke with a rep yesterday and they've got in touch with an account specialist. I assume that's what you meant by some back and forth. They couldn't provide me the reason there and then so hopefully this specialist will. In the email I received after I was banned last year they said they consider the action as final. Hopefully I'll receive the same luck you did!

Ok good news - my account was reinstated. Very surprising. One of those situations where if you don't ask you don't get haha. Hopefully this thread will be helpful to anyone in the same situation.
