Richpush Richads Verification

Hi,

my friend deposited his richpush/richads account already but he can't use his account rightaway because it still needs to be verified by submitting passport id, bank card etc.

how long does it take to verify the account for richpush ?

propellerads, pushground, megapush, evadav, plugrush, adcash and adnow does not need verification and you can use your account rightway after loading it with money.

another issue is that my friend does not yet have a passport so if his account got rejected can he refund the money he deposited in richads ?

My rule when dealing with new bank accounts or any money processor: Always confirm in written that they have finished all their compliance / kyc + any control procedures before sending money.

Richpush Richads Verification

So you expect companies to collaborate with someone who doesn’t have a passport and cannot ID himself right?

So how you expect Richpush to quicken the verification lol?

Richpush should at least not charge the credit card first without verifying the account like ADSTERRA and CLICKADILLA.

The problem is Richpush charges the credit card first then they verify your account. So if your account does not get verified you are at the mercy of requesting a refund, not unless they automatically refund your account which i don't think they do.

ADSTERRA and CLICKADILLA requires you to send the required documents first before you can top-up your account and before they charge your credit card, so now you can see the difference.

Besides most and network does not require verification like propellerads, pushground, megapush, evadav, plugrush, adcash, MGID, revcontent, adnow etc.

I know their are lots of networks/platforms not verifying anything and I am still baffled by that. Horrible policy. My point, if you gonna work with somebody make sure it's legit, thats what you want too right? So having an ID might become handy in future!

yeah i know but that is not the point. the point is there is something wrong with the verification policy of Richpush in which they allow the user to add money and charge their credit card first before verifying their account. Once you start creating campaigns that is the time that they would require the IDs,etc.. So what happens is your credit card got charged already by Richpush without an assurance yet that your account will get verified. If your account does not get verified then it's a pain in the neck to get your money back from Richpush. And if you even get your money back, they would deduct the service charge from the processor.

Richpush should have adopted the policy of Adsterra and Clickadilla where they would ask first for the relevant ID and other documents, and once you complete those requirements, that is the only time that they would charge your credit card.
