Taboola: Billing Review

I have been studying taboola lately and finally decided to sign up and make some ads.

Sadly, 48 hours after signing up and making my initial campaign I got an email saying my account was closed for failing their billing review. It says this action is not reviewable.

My account was created through my LLC, on my real home IP, using my business credit card. There was nothing shady for it to get flagged.

Does anyone know if this is something they will allow me to appeal, or have any contacts I can talk with to get this sorted out? I contacted their general support but it's been a few days without a response.

Hmm... weird... What country are you based out of? US? I would assume it's just some weird fluke. Unless your business is based in Djibouti or Palestine or Afghanistan or something, or if you have a weird credit card, I don't know why they would deny you. I doubt it was a manual thing probably just their billing algorithm stuff. Maybe try signing up again and also shoot their customer service an email just letting them know the problem.

Thanks, yea I guess I will just keep waiting. The business/location is USA and it was just a standard credit card, citi double cash. I sent a support message last week with no response yet. If I don't get any response after awhile I'll sign up again with a different card, but I have a feeling that will get me auto flagged
