How To Not loose my resurrected Bing Account?

Hi Guys,

I recently got back my Bing account, lost it about 9 months ago and finally got it back after a long time asking them to restore it. I used to do reasonably well running affiliate campaigns with them before losing the account. I haven't been paying much attention to Bing since then because I didn't think I'll get my account back.

So, before I go full bore running affiliate campaigns on the account again, I'd like to make sure I don't do anything that would cause me to loose the account again. So, I'd appreciate it if you guys can share what could cause problems and possible ban from them nowdays. I know they're not as strict as google, but again it would be good to know what to avoid to keep out of trouble running non cloaked campaigns. Here are some items I'm concerned about:

- Is it OK to use duplicate content on your campaign lander? If we are direct linking to the offer page, we're using the same landers as potentially many other affiliates, is direct linking OK? If we have our own lander and its based on copying other landers, is this OK? Or do we need to have unique content on our landers?

- Is it OK to use simple landers with very little content/info on it? Is it ok to use a very light/simple lander in front of a VSL offer, for example? How about a simple email sign up page?

- Are they OK with landers that are mostly images with little text in it? I'm seeing landers that are mostly composed of images that are screenshots of the offer page, for example, with almost no extra text content on it. Are these OK to run nowdays?

Are there any other things that would be problematic and considered blackhat or greyhat as far as Bing is concerned, that may not be obvious from simply reading their campaign rules?

OK, thanks ahead for any tips you can give.

Hey,

Have you read their policy?
https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-u...urces/policies

Lots of info in it. Below a few lines I extracted. These are not the full policy, just what is related to your questions.

Landing page behavior may provide a low-value user experience if they:

  • Use doorway pages, or cloaking.
  • Redirect site visitors unexpectedly to unrelated domains.
Sites or landing pages may be considered low-quality content if they:

  • Are built for search engines and feature excessive off-topic keywords or pages that feature hard-to-read text.
  • Consistently feature sparse or limited content, particularly where the user would expect to find a range of offers, products or information on a similar site.
  • Exist only to redirect to other businesses without adding significant value as an intermediary, e.g., by providing enhanced pricing, product or merchant information.
  • Require the entry of personal data unnecessary for the purposes of providing services or completing a purchase. Please note, sites driving users directly to a sign-up or login page must enable the user to link back to the main home page or supporting content describing services and terms of use.
They have a complete training here:
https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-u...rces/training/

This page is actually quite detailed with lots of tips about quality
https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-u...d-find-your-ad

Regarding your questions. None of them is prohibited, but most fall in the "low quality" category, so you would have to compensate. That is for example why, in a lead gen lander one usually adds lots of content related to the topic to improve keyword relevance.
