Hi guys,
I used to run banner campaigns on xhamster and it was nearly stable till last week then my volume dropped significantly.
My daily spend dropped from ~$250 to $30 and it mostly affected Tier1 Geos like US and CAN.
I've tried to increase bids, change freq. caps, add more banners, etc. and nothing.
It looks like they've just sold all inventory on flat rate and there's nothing left for bidding.
Do you guys run any campaign with them and have you faced problems like that?
The volume they have on xhmaster for these GEO is so big that I doubt they could ever sell all of it on a flat deal.
So the problem is likely somewhere else.
I've had this happen to me a few times in the past, I believe they might have some bug in the system as I wasn't able to solve anything with the support. What helped was to start a bunch of new campaigns.
Another option is that your campaigns got some flag and it's limiting the delivery. They are more strict when it comes to what they allow to run on xhmaster. Try to upload some new banners and LPs, but better start a new campaign for them too.
Thanks for reply @matuloo
Yeah, it looks like they have some problems and their devs are still trying to figure it out as my AM says.
I've already tested different placements and other campaigns and there's no traffic for me.
I bet my competitors are enjoying it while I'm struggling with $20/daily spend
we're working with them on RTB mode and we also experienced a drop from Xhamster. The official reason was that there were issues with our advertiser's LP. So yes as Xhamster is an exclusive source on Trafficstars they do care of the ads being compliant.
yes, as we work on RTB terms their compliance team shares reports , so there were issues with our advertiser's landings that were fixed immediately, but TS warned that when all alerts will be excluded the volumes will return
