I've heard it is still working but you need multiple google accounts. According to some affiliates, at least 30% of their google accounts are banned in 1 month if they do cloaking.

Indeed! I would focus on growing my email list and promote affiliate offers there instead of experimenting with all this. Money lies in the list. And you can do other things like facebook retargeting too with the way your audience interacts with your emails.

which cloaker performing good ? do you know ?

I've heard it is Traffic Armor. Eventually, you will get caught too even though your account may last longer than with other cloakers.
