Im planning on running some nutra in South East Asia. However, im not sure which native ad platform to choose.
Any recommendations?

You could also try Push, as I imagine there's some Push networks with good Southeast Asia traffic where you can both get volume + run nutra.
Revcontent has better traffic quality than MGID, at least based on my experience. On the other hand, some campaigns that won't get approved on rev can fly on MGID... you gotta test what works for you 
I actually know a guy who is running nutra on Taboola for 100-200 leads per day, and I don't know how he did it even though we are so-called "friend", LOL
MGID is open to all kinds of offers, but traffic seemed to be not stable as I tried an ME offer. It's converting pretty well for the first 3-4 days with very good cost, and averagely I got 70-80 leads per day, but it lasted for 4 days I guess then dropped to less than 20 leads per day, really confused about what's happening.
