Unstable CPA Taboola

Hi,
I'm a newbie in native but I'm just loving it.
I launch a Nutra campaign in Italy on Taboola

I have very unstable CPA but I can't understand what I need to change (ad, landing, bid, or only wait)

2 and 3 June I got ROI 200% but after that go bad. In this 2 days remain only 2 creative ad (other is stopped because have low performance and new is in approvation state)

Today (6 June) I try to increase CPC from 0.04€ to 0.06€ but conversion don't arrive.

There is a difference between CR from 2 and 3 June and other days but I can't understand why and how fix it for have all days positive ROI

Thanks,
Jacopo

Hey Jacopo,

Did you pause anything else besides the low performance creative? Did you look at sites performance? Did anything fluctuate there? What was your avg cpc when you got the 200% Roi?

I've paused low performance creative and low performance sites.
In this 2 days spend on only 1 creative in all website.

CPC is on 0,04€ with smart bid but I maintain the same because spending is good and ctr seems to be good (affiliate manager say me median ctr of nutra and my is greater)

Thanks

From what i can see on june 5th you had 15 sales , but also your ctr dropped a lot 0.20%, which would explain your fluctuating cpa as well. Keep testing creatives to mantain your ctr higher as well.

CTR is not stable? I have days with high CTR but negative ROI.

On 2 and 3 June there is a strange high CR of landing page (but is the same of other days)

Excuse me for newbie questions ant thanks a lot for your time and your experience!

CPA not stable, this what u wrote in the first post. So what i was mentioning above is your ctr also dropped, (and since CTR and CPA are metrics that are correlated), this could be one of the reasons why your cpa fluctuates as well. Even if you pause underperforming ads, you need to keep testing to beat the control. Also, if you are not whitelisting yet, make sure you run a handful of sites that did well for you. Hope this helps!
