Need help with Restricted Advertising Access

We own some E-commerce brands. 90% of the traffic comes from Facebook. We had some login issues the other day and when we managed to get our account back, we found that our advertising access was restricted. But in reality, it isn't absolutely restricted, it's partially on with our campaigns still spending money and we can't control it. We can change budgets, turn on some adsets, but no turn on/off campaigns or change creatives. Already tried to contact Facebook support everywhere on their site and contact forms for business and in every chance, there was no real human answer.

What could I do? Will it make a difference if I contact facebook with an attorney? I do 100% White Hat, branded content. I don't know what happened.

(I can't add anyone as admin in the business manager, it's strange. I can do some things but I can't do others)

I'm considering hiring an attorney myself. I'm going through the same thing right now.

Did you hit the chat also? I found good response and support from them often.

A case against FB lol, good luck!

From what I understand, if you make a legal inquiry into the matter Facebook is required to review the case. Oftentimes, they just un-restrict the account. I heard this from an employee within FB. Who knows if it's true or not, but I'm going to try.

And yes, I did try chat, and also talked to my FB Rep. My FB Rep reviewed my entire account and could not identify any reason for the ban.

Nope. My rep took it upon himself to file a manual appeal for me, but since I already had 3 appeals rejected they considered the decision final and didn't even look at it.

Something is up over at Facebook right now... I don't know what it is but a ton of advertisers are being hit with this.

Nope. Unfortunately, I’ve had to resort to other methods to continue to advertise. It’s really unfortunate. I would much rather have my own account, but it is what it is at this point.

Facebook really lost their marbles in the last 3 months. Between COVID-19 and it being an election year, they are really freaking out. I know a bunch of other marketers that have been hit. I can’t speak for all of them, but I know a handful fairly well and they were running white hat as I was.

Do you have a solution?

Facebook is a complete shitshow at this point. Don't forget the double counting earlier this week as well.

You are probably just going to have to acquire other profiles, which I know is getting harder and harder.
